Being Active

After moving to New York City and starting a full time job, I realized that being active was an important part of my life. In 2015, I started to work out for the very first time and fell in love with running, later started running half marathons and marathons. Then I bought a road bike, and started swimming and training for my first Ironman 70.3. I discovered my love for endurance sports and what it meant to have a base level of fitness and it challenged and ultimately changed my world. I use Strava to track my training and you are welcome to join me!
